Construction Documentation
Angela Chang Design Studio will create construction drawings for permitting and communicating with your General Contractor.
Custom Furniture & Millwork Design
Do you want something built for you and your space? We work with the best craftsman to tailor what’s right for you.
Concept & Design Packages
We work with you before the project starts. We look into your design goals and wish lists and create your design concepts. We then provide design presentations that help you visualize your project.
Project Management & Construction Administration
We work with contractors, consultants, and vendors during the life cycle of the project. We perform periodic job site visits, review project schedules, and review submittals. We provide regular updates on the project’s progress and inform you if there are any changes or issues.
Installation & Inspection
When your project is substantially completed and ready for move-in, we arrange white-glove services to deliver and install your products. Angela Chang Design Studio also arranges inspections of everything for you to ensure your products are undamaged before and during installation.
Space Planning
Want to make sure everything fits in your new space? Does the current layout not work with the flow? Angela Chang Design Studio has a deep understanding of optimal space utilization, as well as design tools that can help you reach your goals.
FF&E Specification & Procurement
We carefully curate furniture, decoration, fixtures, and equipment for you with the added benefit of our trade discount. We create proposals and specifications for your review and approval. We also help locate warehouses to hold your products until your site is ready.
